Shipping and Delivery Options

 

L'Boyce Brand LLC shipping carrier is UPS

Domestic Shipping:
Standard(5-14 Business Days)

Express(2-3 Business Days)

Local Delivery:

Local Delivery(3-5 Business Days)

Free Local Pickup

Processing Time
L'Boyce Retail Orders are processed within 5 business days excluding weekends and pubic holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Custom orders are processed within months in advance excluding weekends and public holidays. L'Boyce Formal Gowns 2-3 months. L'Boyce Bridal Gowns 6 months. 
Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Cancellations
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled.

 

To cancel or reschedule an appointment please give 24 hours notice. Deposits are non-refundable. Late appointments will be charged 20 dollars. If you are more than 30 minutes late you will need to reschedule.

Returns

 

All sales are final, and returns are NOT accepted.

 

Delayed Orders
In the case of delayed processing, order adjustments will be made according. Shipping provider delays DO NOT fall under the seller's liability. For delayed orders, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item's status.

 

Damaged Orders
L'Boyce Brand LLC is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
